Preface:
A general raw water contains mud, sediment and heavy
metals such as rust, manganese, which will harm the
health of modern people. This unit not only purifies
household water and promotes our good life standard
on (drinking water, washing cars, skin cleanliness,
washing clothes, home appliances and so on. But it
is also wide use on industry water to make clear
inner of water pipelines and improve the equipment
function which operates water such as (Huge air
conditioners, Industrial clean towers, water storage
towers and boilers)
The
Technological Process of Diament King:
The raw water from tap water, well or ground water
is directly flowing through Diament King Filter
System.
Precipitation: The water is flowing from
bottom to the top, sand will be amassed in the
base bowl at the bottom.
High dense cellulose filter attachment:
Isolate mud, rust and heavy metal manganese.
Catalysis: Raw water which is flowing
through the de-iron and de-manganese will set
off Oxidation, which will then be absorbed by
multi-pore of de-iron and de-manganese.
Japan medicine quality & high absorption of
active carbon can remove color, odor, chemicals
and agricultural chemicals.
Energy Converter EC3000 - emitting
far-infrared 3~15 µ m continuously so as to
produce smaller water molecule. The water will
have well permeability.
Raw water back wash: Excretes sand, mud,
rust and manganese; restore the function of
de-iron and de-manganese.
Clean water back wash: A through
cleaning is carried out once again.
The Advantage of Diament King:
Diament King is inexpensive than general
conventional appliance of its same kind, such as

Operation
Method of Diament King Water Filtration System
Installation
Diament King Filter shall be placed on
smooth cement ground or on hard-textured floor.
And observe whether the drainage system is good
enough. It'd better install outdoor behind water
meter.
Connect (E) 3/4" outlet & (B) 3/4" inlet
adaptor sets onto the easy easy adaptors of
hygienic Filter, which is located on the base,
and then fix them.
Connect the 3/4" inlet water pipe to the
pressure valve & connect pressure valve to (B)
3/4" inlet adaptor; link the 3/4" outlet water
pipe to (E) 3/4" outlet adaptor.
After the appliance is placed on the right
position, remove both sides of 3/4" inlet water
pipe & 3/4" outlet water pipe & make marks on
the ground where 4 screws to be fixed on them
and drill holes for screwing. Reconnect both the
3/4" pipes to pressure valve and (E) 3/4" On/Off
adaptor.
Connect one side of Clean Water Backwash
Hosepipe to (C) 1/4" backwash On/Off adaptor;
another side is connected to the Faucet for
clean water.
Connect one side of 1/2" PVC Backwash Outlet
Hosepipe to (D) backwash outlet 1/2" On/Off
adaptor; the other side is leaded to the
drainage system.
Installation & transportation cost to be
bore by customer.
For Clean Water
To get clean water, please turn off (B), (C)
and (D) On/Off Adaptors.
Turn on (E) and then (A).
For Back Wash
When the flow of water slow, it means that
the inner filter is attached with a lot of
sediment such as rust and mud.
To clean out the sediment, turn off (A), (E)
and (C) adaptors.
Turn on (D) and then (B) adaptors, the
sediment will be drained out through 1/4" waste
outlet hose pipe.
The backwash time is approximately 5-10
minutes until clean water flow out, then turn
(B) off.
Turn on (C) for clean water (filtered water)
backwashing, it takes 3-5 minutes to wash the
inner filter again to ensure it's fully cleaned.
Turn off (C) and (D) to complete backwash
process.
Turn on (E) and (A) to resume normal
operation.
How to Replace New Inner Filter
Firstly, turn off all adaptors (A),
(B), (C), (D) & (E).
Take off 6 inner hexagon screws by using L
Wrench. Turn on (B) to push out the casing.
Then, turn off (B) when the casing is loosened.
Turn on (D) and (E) to drain off water from
the appliance.
Remove the casing from the base. Take out
the inner filter in anti-clockwise direction.
Replace and re-install the new one in clockwise
direction.
Replace the casing accurately towards the 6
screw holes at the base and tighten them.
